What's included in 42 Days to Fit & Feeling Good?

What you will need for this program:
- Exercise Equipment: Dumbbells, Stability Ball, Tubing. So you can do workouts at home OR at a gym.
- Mindfulness Equipment: Journal and an open mind
- Time. You will need to dedicate a portion of time, approximately 30-60 minutes each day to completing the tasks. While you can do as much or as little each day as you choose, the more time you dedicate to completing each day's task (workouts, mindfulness challenges, nutrition challenges, meal plans, etc), the more results (and thus benefits) you will experience. Some folks will dedicate a little time each day, and some may choose to set aside chunks of time during the week to work on the entire week's tasks. It's completely up to you!
