How to follow and participate in this online running clinic:
- Step 1: Choose the running schedule of "homework" that best suits your current starting point. You do not need to train for a 5k, (even though that's the name of the clinic). Some may choose to train for a 10k, half marathon, etc. The skills are the same no matter where you are starting from. Running Schedules can be found here.
- Step 2: Watch and follow along with week 1's video assignment. Practice Week 1's skills for an entire week on your training schedule before watching Week 2's video, etc. Please print and review all associated documents and files in each week's lesson.
- Each week builds upon the prior week's lessons, so it's imperative that you understand and have practiced each week's lesson for at least 3 homework runs prior to beginning the next lesson.
