Total Body Workout

Check out this example of one of our Trainer In Your Back Pocket workouts! Follow along with coach Abby, as she takes you through a quick total body workout!

Follow along with both levels! 

Level 1: 30 seconds exercise x 30 seconds rest
Advanced: 60 seconds exercise x no rest

  1. Side lunge with curl and press in the middle
  2. Bent over row punches
  3. wide narrow squats
  4. plie core tilts
  5. knee drives (optional hop) right leg down.
  6. curtsy lunge with cross body bicep curl
  7. seesaw tricep extension x seesaw bicep curls (4 each, keep alternating)
  8. Bodyweight deadlift x squat combo
  9. around the head woodchops
  10. knee drives (optional hop) left leg down
