Equipment: Bodyweight
Repeat each exercise for 1 minute. Rest as much or as little as desired between exercises.

Exercise 1: Side Plank Reach Under + Hip Dip RIGHT side

Exercise 2: Side Plank Reach Under + Hip Dip LEFT side

Exercise 3: Bodyweight Starfish

Exercise 4: Prone Single Leg Lifts Narrow

Exercise 5: Plank Knee Taps

Repeat for desired # of Rounds
