5 Minute Total Body Workout Description:
Equipment Needed: | Dumbbells |
Minute 1 | Lunge & Dumbbell Pass Through |
Minute 2 | Slow Squat to Tricep to Overhead Press |
Minute 3 | Falling Stars (30 sec each side) |
Minute 4 | Squat & Bent Arm Fly & Standing Arm Slide Combo |
Minute 5 | Traveling Side Lunges |
Repeat as many rounds as desired and take as much rest as needed between each minute of the circuit.
