5 Minute Total Body Workout Description:

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells
Minute 1 Lunge & Dumbbell Pass Through
Minute 2 Slow Squat to Tricep to Overhead Press
Minute 3 Falling Stars (30 sec each side)
Minute 4 Squat & Bent Arm Fly & Standing Arm Slide Combo
Minute 5 Traveling Side Lunges

Repeat as many rounds as desired and take as much rest as needed between each minute of the circuit.
