Set 1: 30 seconds hard x 30 seconds easy for a total of 5 minutes
Set 2: 45 seconds hard x 45 seconds easy for a total of 7.5 minutes
Set 3: 60 seconds hard x 60 seconds easy for a total of 10 minutes
Total is 22.5 minutes of cardio intervals!
