Cardio Workout Summary:

Start with a 5 minute warmup of 2 minutes easy and 3 minutes moderate. Then proceed to the circuit:

Option 1 (shorter & harder):

4 minutes hard x 1 minute easy

3 minutes hard x 1 minute easy

2 minutes hard x 1 minute easy

1 minute hard x 1 minute easy

Total time for 1 round: 14 minutes.

Option 2 (longer & still as challenging as you make it!):

4 minutes hard x 4 minute easy 

3 minutes hard x 3 minute easy

2 minutes hard x 2 minute easy

1 minute hard x 1 minute easy

Total time for 1 round: 20 minutes

Then repeat the slide as many rounds as desired, or have the option to do it in reverse! 

You can also do each option separately for two very different cardio workouts!
