4 min moderate warmup
4 minute tabata cardio
4 minute moderate intensity
4 minute tabata cardio
Repeat as many rounds as desired.

To do the tabata: 20 seconds hard intensity followed by 10 seconds easy intensity. Then repeat that for a total of 4 minutes (8 rounds)
