Day 5: Follow Along

 
Level 1: 2 minutes of each exercise x 1 round
Level 2: Level 1 plus 1 minute of each exercise in the list for a 2nd round
Level 3: 2 minutes of each exercise x 2 rounds
Level 4: Repeat Level 2 a 2nd Round

 

Equipment Needed Mini Band (or bodyweight)
Exercise #1 1, 2, 3 Ski Steps x Single Leg Balance Touch
Exercise #2 Mini Band Hops (4) x Slow Step Combo
Exercise #3 Pushup Negative x Childs Pose Combo
Exercise #4 Frog Squat x Frog Jump Combo
Exercise #5 Front/Back Lunge + 3 Scissor Hops
