Level 4: Repeat Level 2 a 2nd Round

Exercise #2 | Core Squat + Dumbbell Rotate Lift. (1 min each side) |
Exercise #3 | Deadlift & Squat Combo |
Exercise #4 | Stork Hip Openers (1 min each side) |
Exercise #5 | Bench Bridges 1, 2, 3, hold. |
