These 6 action steps will be the pillars of our Raise Your Vibe program.
DAILY Movement. Movement moves energy. You'll have hundreds of follow along workouts to choose from inside the Trainer In Your Back Pocket membership throughout this program!
DAILY Mindful Meditation. Using Insight Timer, or your meditation app of choice, select a daily sound session, guided meditation, or inspirational talk. Meditation not your thing? What about getting a beautiful oracle card deck and selecting a card of the day for inspiration and guidance?
WEEKLY Food Recipe Challenges. Food fuels our cells. Let's make it easy to try new meals that fuel us! Use our Raise Your Vibe cookbook and select a new recipe to try each week! Compound that and by the end of the 3 months, you'll have a whole new roster of go-to recipes that leave you feeling high vibe!
WEEKLY De-cluttering. Choose a digital or physical space to de-clutter. Your external environment reflects and supports your internal environment. Is your space supporting you?
WEEKLY Vibe & Intention Integration sessions. Check in with yourself and your teammates weekly to hold yourself accountable to your weekly intentions. This is your opportunity to dive into some personal goals that you intuitively know you need to work on!
MONTHLY "do something new" challenges, designed to get you out of your comfort zone. Try a new class. Go to a new place. Join a new group. Do something out of your normal routine. We will work together to brainstorm ideas if you don't know what to try!
