  • Every 7 days (each week) during the 100 day challenge, you'll get a balanced workout plan that includes an

    • high intensity workout
    • mind body movement session
    • cardio workout plan
  • All Trainer In Your Back Pocket Members get access for free. 
  • The workouts will be a selection of Abby's favorite Trainer In Your Back Pocket workouts ranging from 5 minute quick toning sessions to full on 45 minute workouts!    
  • Use any web browser, or download our App to have quick access to the workouts on your mobile device or computer!
  • You only need a set of dumbbells and can do this challenge at home! 
  • Receive a certificate of completion after successfully completing all 100 workouts in the challenge!
