Bent Over Rows (neutral grip) |
Exercise 2 | W to V |
(in between exercise) |
Bent Over Rows (reverse grip) |
Exercise 3 | Supine Tricep Extensions |
(in between exercise) |
Bent Over Row Punches |
Exercise 4 | Plyo Bicep Curls |
(in between exercise) |
Bent Over Rows (prone/wide grip) |
Exercise 5 | Standing Overhead Tricep Extensions |
(in between exercise) |
Bent Over Rows (your choice from above) |
Exercise 6 | Rolldown with Chest Fly |
Level 1:
8 Reps Each Exercise

Level 2:
10 Reps Each Exercise
|
Level 3:
12 Reps Each Exercise
|
Level 4: Repeat Level 1 a 2nd time |
