Quick Upper Body Workout!

Grab your dumbbells and click play to follow along with me for one of my favorite upper body workouts! This one is a fan favorite and can be done in just 10 minutes!

 

 Workout Description:

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells

 
Exercise 1 Bent Arm Shoulder Raises
(in between exercise)

Bent Over Rows (neutral grip)
Exercise 2 W to V
(in between exercise)

Bent Over Rows (reverse grip)
Exercise 3 Supine Tricep Extensions
(in between exercise)

Bent Over Row Punches
Exercise 4 Plyo Bicep Curls
(in between exercise)

Bent Over Rows (prone/wide grip)
Exercise 5 Standing Overhead Tricep Extensions
(in between exercise)

Bent Over Rows (your choice from above)

Exercise 6 Rolldown with Chest Fly

 

Level 1:
8 Reps Each Exercise
 
Level 2:
10 Reps Each Exercise
 
Level 3:
12 Reps Each Exercise
  Level 4: Repeat Level 1 a 2nd time
