10 Exercise Upper Body  Workout Description:

Equipment Needed Dumbbells
Round 1 Bent Over Row
Round 2
(add this onto Round 1 exercise)
Tricep Extension
Round 3 
(add this onto Round 1 & 2 exercise combo)
Rear Deltoid Fly
Round 4 
(add this onto Round 1 & 2 & 3 exercise combo)
Upright Row
Round 5 
(add this onto Round 1, 2, 3 & 4 exercise combo)
Front Raise
Round 6 Side Raise
Round 7 Bicep Curl
Round 8 Overhead Press
Round 9 Overhead Tricep Extension
Round 10 Bent Arm Shoulder Raise

 

Level 1: 3 Reps of each add-on round.
Level 2: 3 Reps of each add-on round + an extra 2 reps of the total 10 exercise combo.
Level 3: 3 Reps of each add-on round + an extra 5 reps of the total 10 exercise combo.
Level 4: 3 Reps of each add-on round + an extra 7 reps of the total 10 exercise combo.
