Exercise 1: Side Lunge & Bent Arm Shoulder Raise Combo
- 5 right side, 5 left side, 10 alternating sides
Exercise 2: Back lunge & Front Raise Combo
- 5 right side, 5 left side, 10 alternating sides
Exercise 3: Plie Squat & Narrow Bicep Curl
- 12 total
Exercise 4: Glute Step Back (or stork balance) & tricep extension combo
- 5 right side, 5 left side, 10 alternating sides
Exercise 5: Curtsy Lunge & Opposite Arm Cross Body Curl
