10 Minute Upper Body Workout

Grab your dumbbells and click play to follow along with me for a great, quick, upper body workout! Follow along for the Level 1 (beginner version) as well as the Advanced version (10 minutes nonstop, no rest!)

 

10 Minute Workout Description:

Level 1: follow along with video. 30 seconds each exercise x 30 seconds rest

Level Advanced: follow along with video. 60 seconds each exercise x 0 seconds rest

Equipment needed: Dumbbells

  1. Front raise to bicep curl to side raise to bicep curl combo
  2. bent over row punches
  3. seesaw kickbacks
  4. gunslingers (alternate)
  5. rear deltoid fly/bent over row combo
  6. curl and press (alternate)
  7. single arm upright row to front raise (alternate)
  8. seesaw wide bicep curls
  9. bent arm shoulder raises
  10. arnold press
