5 Minute Workout Description:

Equipment: Dumbbells
Repeat each exercise for 1 minute. Rest as much or as little between exercises as desired.

Exercise 1:Ā Alternate Arm Curl & Press
Exercise 2:Ā Bent Arm Shoulder Raises
Exercise 3:Ā Bent Over Row/Tricep Extension Combo
Exercise 4:Ā Front, Side, Rear Deltoid Raises
Exercise 5:Ā Plank Shoulder Tap/Pushup Negative Combo
Repeat for desired # of Rounds or combine with another workout
