| Exercise 1:Ā Alternate Arm Curl & Press |
| Exercise 2:Ā Bent Arm Shoulder Raises |
| Exercise 3:Ā Bent Over Row/Tricep Extension Combo |
| Exercise 4:Ā Front, Side, Rear Deltoid Raises |
| Exercise 5:Ā Plank Shoulder Tap/Pushup Negative Combo |
| Repeat for desired # of Rounds or combine with another workout |
