10 Minute Workout Description:

Equipment: Mini Bands & Dumbbells

Join me for a non-stop 10 minute lower body movement session! Grab your mini bands and your dumbbells and click play! This workout is all standing, so no need to hop to the floor. Let's begin!Ā 

***In between each 30 second exercise, we will do 30 seconds of mini band side steps.***

  1. Deadlifts
  2. Squats
  3. Monster Walks
  4. Front, Side, Back Steps Right Leg
  5. Front, Side, Back Steps, Left Leg
  6. Single Leg Deadlifts Right Leg stance
  7. Single Leg Deadlifts Left Leg Stance
  8. Plie Pulse Pulse Squeeze
  9. Narrow to Wide Squats
  10. Mini Band Hops (or fast side steps)
